1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. chopped pecans (you may substitute coconut)
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter (cut into thin slices)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease 13x9x2 inch pan.

Dump pineapple into pan and spread evenly. Dump pie filling on top of pineapple and spread evenly. Dump DRY cake mix on top of cherry layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Put butter over top evenly. Bake 48 to 53 minutes.
