HAWAIIAN SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 lb. marshmallows
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. butter

Put layers of potatoes in greased baking dish, then pineapple. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot with butter, repeat until all is used. Pour juice over and bake 1/2 hour. Place marshmallows on top and return to oven and brown. Bake at 325 degrees.
