SUNNY PEACH PIE 
1 (#2 1/2) can sliced peaches, drained
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. syrup from peaches
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Arrange drained peaches in cooked pie shell. Combine sugar and cornstarch; add to peach syrup and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice rind, butter, and salt. Pour over peaches in shell and chill.
