SUNNY PUDDING SALAD 
30 graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
3/4 c. pineapple juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can milnot
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. crushed pineapple

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Pat 2/3 of mixture into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice heated to boiling. Add cream cheese, beat well until smooth. Cool. Beat milnot until thick, add sugar and beat slowly one minute. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir in pineapple. Mix well. Pour over crust in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Chill until firm.
