6 med. potatoes (cooked and diced)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 hard boiled eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine potatoes, celery, onion and chopped eggs. Separately mix the remaining ingredients. Toss potatoes with dressing until blended. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serves 8.
