STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD 
SALAD:

1 lb. fresh spinach, washed, dried, and torn in bite size pieces
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 pt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped or 1 tsp. dried dill weed

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. (scant) sugar
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Place spinach in a large bowl, preferably glass. Sprinkle with dill and sesame seeds. If strawberries are very large, cut in half. Add to bowl.

To make Dressing, combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jar with a cover, stirring or shaking to blend. Makes 3/4 cup dressing. Pour dressing over contents of bowl and toss gently. Serves 4 to 6.
