2 bunches spinach, cleaned 1 pt. strawberries, halved 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. poppy seed 1 1/2 tsp. fresh minced onion 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil Blend in blender, adding oil and vinegar in a stream to other ingredients with blender running. Toss dressing over spinach and strawberries. | |

I used 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar not quite a 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and about 2 tablespoons of sweet red onion and 1/2 cup of sugar and a few sprinkles of paprika I didn't bother with the worchestershire sauce or the poppy seeds as I didn't care for the smell of them. mixed it well with the blender and pour over the strawberries and spinach really very tasty
