1 qt. strawberries
Spinach, fresh
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy or sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion

DRESSING:

1/3 c. red wine vinegar or strawberry vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. salad oil

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad ingredients when ready to serve. 1 cup pecans, toast, chop and mix into salad last.
