FETTUCCINE PRIMAVERA | |
1/4 lb. fettucini noodles 2 c. soy nonfat milk 3 tbsp. flour 4 tbsp. soyannaise 1/4 c. tofu 1/4 tsp. sweet basil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. salt seasoning 1/3 lb. broccoli florets 1/3 lb. carrots Cook noodles according to directions on package. Mix flour and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add soyannaise, tofu and seasonings. Cook vegetables and add to sauce. Serve over noodles. Serves 4. |
