MARINADE FOR BEEF 
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar (red wine is best)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic
Dash Tabasco
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Mix ingredients together in container with tight cover. Shake to blend. Pour over beef and marinate - overnight is best. Works well for London Broil steak, beef cubes for kabobs, or beef strips for Mexican dishes.
