MARINADE FOR BEEF | |
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. wine vinegar 1/4 c. oil Heat the above a bit. Put meat tenderizer on your meat then liberally sprinkle seasoned pepper on meat, both sides. Put meat in plastic bag (or pan), pour marinade on top, tie tightly. Keep turning and basting at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This can be used for teriyaki steak strips. Buy whole sirloin tip and have cut in about 3/4" to 1" strips. Or you can marinade a roast. Grill. |
