Leftover packets of: duck sauce, hot mustard, soy sauce from Chinese take- out

Mix equal parts of 3 sauces into a clean jar, close tightly. Store in refrigerator. Use as marinade or sauce on chicken, pork, steak and fish. Recycling at it tastiest!
