3 lbs. Swiss steak 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian Mix 1 pkg. Good Seasons garlic and herb mix Brown meat and place in crock-pot. Add water, sprinkle on seasoning. For best results, cook on low heat at least overnight and all the next morning. Meat should fall apart. May be cooked until afternoon. Do not cook until dry. Serve on B.B.Q. buns. |
