JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. orange juice
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4-6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Cinnamon, to taste
Sugar, to taste for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt or tube pan. Mix all ingredients together, except apples. Pour in layers, batter first, then 1/2 apples, batter, then 1/2 apples. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
