SWEET & SOUR BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef chuck cubes
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 med. carrots
1 med. onion
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Coat beef with mixture of flour and salt in 2 quart casserole, add remaining ingredients. Microwave, covered at High (100%) for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, microwave 50 minutes to 1 hour 50%, stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
