RICE PILAF | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. slivered almonds 1/2 c. rice 1 c. chicken boullion 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms Saute onions, almonds and rice in butter. Add boullion, lemon juice and salt and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add mushrooms and let stand for about 5 minutes before serving. |
