BAKED POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. minced green onion
4 to 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 c. melted butter

Peel and slice potatoes. Cook in water until tender. Drain. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon bread crumbs in casserole dish. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, onions. Place in layer of potatoes in casserole, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add layer of egg slices then sour cream mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and pour butter over all. Bake 25 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
