MARY'S BAKED POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
Salt
1 lb. Velveeta, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
Pepper

Bake in 9"x13" dish 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Top with last 5 minutes: 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
