MRS. M.'S HOT POTATO SALAD BAKE 
8 med. red potatoes (cook as below or microwave)
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. American cheese, diced (Colby or processed also o.k.)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. sliced green olives

Scrub potatoes and place in large saucepan filled 1/2 full with water. Add salt and bring water to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 40 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Peel and dice potatoes. Combine potatoes, cheese, onions and mayonnaise in a large bowl; mix well. Place in prepared baking dish. Top with bacon and green olives. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
