COLESLAW 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. juice from jar of sweet pickles
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded green cabbage
2 c. shredded red cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/8 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion

Whisk dressing ingredients in a serving bowl until smooth. Just before serving, add remaining ingredients and toss to mix and coat.
