AUNT JEAN'S COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
2 carrots
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. brown mustard
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Paprika as garnish

Shred cabbage and carrots. Rinse off in colander. Mix next 4 ingredients together and mix well with cabbage and carrots. Chill well. Before serving remix and sprinkle with paprika. Tastes great with turkey or roast beef or on sandwiches.
