SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first five ingredients and beat for 10 minutes. Grease an Angel Food cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put half of mixture in Angel Food pan. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture, top with remaining half of batter then with remaining half of sugar mixture. Cut through with a knife. Bake for 1 hour.
