EASY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned
2 green peppers, cleaned and cut into rings
1 lg. onion, cut into rings
2 lb. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 to 1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

In a Dutch oven or large skillet, brown chicken with cooking oil. Add green peppers and onions. Saute chicken, peppers and onions until chicken is cooked through. Add tomatoes, chop tomatoes if desired. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Remove recipe from Dutch oven and place in an oblong baking dish. Top with slices of Provolone Cheese, place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with pasta.
