CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
5 whole chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
10 slices boiled ham
10 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
Ginger, curry & paprika

Roll each piece of chicken in a slice of ham then wrap with slice of cheese. Place in large oblong baking dish, 10"x14".

Cover with mixture of soup, sour cream and wine. Sprinkle generously with ginger, curry and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
