HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 boneless chicken breasts

Place 4 boneless chicken breasts in a large shallow baking pan. In sauce pan, melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Dump mixture over chicken and bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown. Baste chicken frequently with sauce while baking. Serve on rice pilaf.
