TURKEY TETRAZZINI | |
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces 1 (12 oz.) Heinz Home Style turkey gravy 1 1/2 c. turkey, cooked & cubed 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1/2 c. half & half or milk 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. dry sherry (optional) Dash nutmeg 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Paprika Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Combine next 7 ingredients. Add spaghetti and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes about 4 cups. |
