PEANUT BUTTER PARFAIT 
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/8 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped peanuts

Whip cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into custard cups and sprinkle with peanuts.
