SOUR CREAM - ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 c. commercial sour cream
2 green onions, finely minced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2/3 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Stir all ingredients by hand, blending thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
