4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1/2 jar pure raspberry fruit preserves, unsweetened
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple concentrate, frozen
1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. fresh raspberries
1/2 c. fresh basil, finely chopped
