HARVEST PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
8 slices pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. bread stuffing mix
1 c. water
1 egg
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine stuffing mix with water, egg and butter or use your own stuffing recipe. Place each pork chop on a piece of foil; top with a slice of pineapple, then with a mound of stuffing. Seal each package and bake in very hot 450 degree oven for 40 minutes.
