TUNA VEGETABLE SALAD 
Lettuce
Red onion, chopped
Dried vegetable flakes
1 bag of frozen peas
Fresh cauliflower
Fresh broccoli
3 (6 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained
1 jar creamy Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese

Put together in layers as listed above. Put dressing over top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
