SOUR CREAM OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. quick rolled oats
2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar sifted and packed
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream

Mix and sift flour, salt, soda and spices. Combine oats, raisins and nuts. Cream butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add rolled oats mixture and mix well. Add sifted flour mixture with sour cream a little at a time and mix well.

Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 9 dozen.
