CRUNCH BARS 
1/3 c. dry milk
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pat into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool well (can refrigerate). Bake at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Melt in double boiler. Spread over the base. Chill and cut into bars.
