SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion
1 lg. can sauerkraut with juice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 pkg. thin noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 can water

Brown ground chuck and onion, drain. If desired, combine with all remaining ingredients and heat through. Best if made the day before and slowly reheated.
