HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. can evaporated milk
6 c. sweet milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy. Add milk, juice and vanilla; mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze. Yields about 1 gallon of nicely textured ice cream.
