HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Beat sugar and milk together. Then add eggs and vanilla. The longer you mix it with electric mixer the better. Pour mixture into your ice cream can. Then fill the can 2/3 of the way full with milk. Makes 4 quarts.

NOTE: This recipe is to be used with electric or hand turned ice cream freezer.
