FRENCH APPLESAUCE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. oil 2 c. applesauce 1 1/2 c. raisins 2 c. well drained crushed pineapple Mix together first 10 ingredients. Heat oil and applesauce and add to dry ingredients. Add raisins and pineapple. Bake in bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes - invert on a plate. |
