"IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE" 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix well the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and Bisquick. Pour mixture in spring pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Topping:

1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Spread over baked cheesecake. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. (Lemon peel optional for garnish.)
