NIKUJAGA (JAPANESE) 
4 white potatoes
1 lb. boneless pork catin strips
3 carrots
2 onions
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. sugar

Black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste

Boil water 2 inches from bottom of large pot. Add meat, cook 5 minutes; add carrots, cook 3 minutes; add potatoes, cook 8 minutes; add onions, cook 3 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 16 minutes or until tender.
