MUSHROOM FRITTERS 
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 beaten egg yolk
1/4 c. sour cream
1 egg white, beaten stiff
Cooking oil

Mix Bisquick, mushrooms, onion, pimento, salt and celery seed. Mix together egg yolk and sour cream and stir into the dry ingredients. Gently fold in stiff egg white. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
