MUSHROOM TATER TOPPER 
4 potatoes
butter
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Bake 4 potatoes. Split in half lengthwise. Add a little butter and salt on each potato half and fluff with a fork. In skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter. Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic salt. Add cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture on top of potatoes. Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
