WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice 1 lb. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. sliced celery 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, undrained Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice with seasoning packet according to package directions. Set aside. Brown meat, onion, celery; drain. Add other ingredients. Stir in rice. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly. Serves 5 to 6. Freezes well. |
