STUFFED CREAM PUFF 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 lg. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. almond extract
1 can cherry pie filling

Heat water and butter to boil; stir in flour. Stir over low heat until ball forms. Remove and add eggs; beat until smooth. Drop by tablespoons in a circle on pizza pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool. Slice off top of entire circle. Add milk to vanilla instant pudding and beat well. Add sour cream and almond extract to the pudding. Spoon 1/2 of filling on bottom half of puff. Put the top of the puff back on. Put rest of filling on top of puff ring. Top with a can of cherry pie filling.
