SUE'S PERFECT HOSTESS STEW | |
3-4 lbs. stew meat 1 pkg. dry onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of tomato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 jars tiny carrots 1 jar raw pearl onions (NOT cocktail) Mix meat, dry soup and cream soups together and put in roasting pan. Cover and place in 300 degree oven for about 4 hours until tender. 1/2 hour before serving, add jars of carrots and onions. Serve on rice or noodles with tossed green salad and garlic bread. |
