SUMMER LONDON BROIL 
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
1 1/2 lbs. flank, round or shoulder steak
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste

In a shallow glass pan, combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion and garlic. Add steak, turn to coat and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Remove steak from marinade, season with salt and pepper and place on grill over medium-hot coals. Grill until desired doneness (10 to 15 minutes for medium) basting often and turning once. Serves 4 to 6.
