LONDON BROIL MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 sm. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients, making sure brown sugar dissolves. Pour into casserole dish with lid. Marinate meat in refrigerator overnight turning meat over once. Do not marinate longer than 24 hours. This tastes great after marinating just a few hours.
