RANCH SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1 c. frozen peas
2-3 c. Ranch dressing
1/4 c. chopped onion; optional

Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Place in bowl with frozen peas and onions. Mix well. Add Ranch dressing; coat vegetables well. Refrigerate overnight.
