RANCH SALAD 
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. red onion, sliced thin
1 can kidney beans
1 sm. bottle Catalina salad dressing
Chopped celery to taste
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 head lettuce
1 bag Fritos

Mix all ingredients except lettuce and Fritos together in a large zip-lock bag. Marinate overnight. When ready to serve, toss above mix with 1 head of torn lettuce and 1 bag of Fritos.
