RANCH VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
4 ribs celery
1 sm. jar Spanish olives
1 lg. bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Cut cauliflower, broccoli, and celery into small pieces. Slice olives into 3-4 pieces each. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Refrigerate and marinate overnight. Stir before serving.
