CHEDDAR POTATO BAKE 
1/3 c. butter
4 lg. baking potatoes
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in large casserole dish. Peel potatoes and slice in 1/2" slices. Put potatoes in casserole dish in a single layer, coating both sides with butter. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Cover with cheese. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
